I eat salmon coast-to-coast, sometimes even in the middle. But my taste-bud memory always takes me back to Enzo/s in the Coachella Valley. Such a savory, succulent piece of yum you won't find within 5K miles. Absolutely it's the kitchen's work of art, but, hey, don't discount the affable staff and that salmon-colored sunset through the palms and over the Santa Rosa mountains.
